Mobile World Congress 2024 (MWC 2024) is almost here and once again the event will be held offline in Barcelona, Spain just like before. The biggest mobile show will run from February 26 to February 29, 2024 and will host a wide range of brands that are sure to have many products to showcase and some new phones to launch in front of the world. Brands such as Nothing, Xiaomi, Tecno and OnePlus have confirmed their presence at the event, where new products are announced or at least teased in front of the public. Here are some of the big releases we expect to see at MWC 2024 in Barcelona.

Nothing Phone 2a

Nothing has teased its presence at MWC 2024 for a while, and now we know why. The company will bring its new, so-called affordable Phone 2a model to the event, where we will get to see the new phone’s design, features and probably more information. So far, nothing has reserved its focus on the premium segment, but Puhelin 2a promises a new chapter for the company, which everyone is excited about. According to our information, the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, will come with 12GB of RAM and is likely to be priced below Rs 30,000, according to reports.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra

The Xiaomi 14 series is getting a wider release in the coming weeks, but all eyes are eager to see the new Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which the brand will unveil at MWC 2024. The Ultra series shows Xiaomi’s seriousness in the imaging segment thanks to its co-designed Leica lenses that give it top-notch quality. Xiaomi has mostly limited its launch to China, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is coming to several countries, and we’re excited to see what the new Ultra promises. HMD is moving beyond its Nokia phone days, and we expect the brand to launch its multi-brand product at MWC 2024 this month. HMD will have Nokia phones in the future, but the market will also see HMD-branded phones, and at this week’s event we will get to know the new products more closely.

Tecno

The company presented its goals with the most affordable folding and flip phones on the market. Now Tecno wants to bring the second generation products and it has decided to use MWC 2024 as a platform to make it happen.
